Jack specialises in developing place-based visions and strategies for sports infrastructure projects, from community facilities and training grounds to professional stadia. He works with clubs and local authorities to articulate a compelling and evidence-based vision for how a sports asset can anchor wider community and economic development — and to translate that vision into the business cases, feasibility studies, and funding strategies needed to unlock investment and bring projects to delivery.

Jack has deep experience of working across the full range of stakeholders that complex sports infrastructure projects often require including clubs, local authorities, funders, the NHS, academic institutions, and the private sector — navigating the governance environments in which major investment decisions are made and building the coalitions needed to make projects happen. Current commissions span EFL stadium development, multi-sport community Sports Villages, training ground projects, and sports and leisure strategies for local authorities.

Earlier in his career Jack worked at Nesta advising government on place-based investment programmes, led economic growth strategies for London boroughs, and worked on major capital projects including a £200m Education Campus in White City and the proposed £1bn London Cancer Hub in Sutton on behalf of the Institute of Cancer Research.
